Non-Profit Photo Booth Service Agreement


The Service Period will be the date and times listed on this contract. Any change in the date will be a $40 fee unless specifically waived through writing via email or SMS. 29PM Photo Booth agrees to have the Photo Booth set up at least 10 minutes before the agreed-upon time. (Should you require the booth to be set up earlier or you’d like the booth to have downtime, a $60/hour downtime fee will be charged.) The Photo Booth will be operational for a minimum of 95% of the time set; occasionally operations may be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth. In order to protect expensive equipment, 29PM Photo Booth reserves the right to refuse admission to guests who are unruly and/or have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol. Beverages will not be permitted in or around the Photo Booth. Should the photo booth be damaged in any way due to unruly guests or negligence on the part of the client or client’s guest, 29PM Photo Booth reserves the right to terminate the service period without a refund. 29PM Photo Booth will be providing agreed-upon hours of service with the agreed-upon photo booth experience setup.


The minimum rental is 2 hours for the Photo Booth, within 30 miles of Upland, California. Every mile outside of Upland, California is an extra $2/mile fee. A deposit of $125 is due at the signing of this contract to reserve your date. The remaining amount is due a week before the event. The client will pay a $30 fee for any returned checks. Note that the deposit is non-refundable.

The client will make a deposit of $125 through Zelle, Venmo, or credit card on April 20, 2024. The remaining balance is due, no later than a week before the event date.


The client acknowledges that the photo booth is a public space and that participation is voluntary. All guests using the photo booth agree to grant 29PM Photo Booth non-exclusive rights to use any photographs taken for the purpose of service delivery documentation, archival records, and promotional material excluding any commercial use. Photographs of minors will not be used for public display, distribution, or promotional purposes without explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian. This clause excludes any photographs taken at school events (K-12), ensuring full compliance with privacy and child protection laws. The client also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 29PM Photo Booth from any claim arising from the use of these photographs as permitted above.
